Our facility will be an Intelligent Robotic world-class factory which can produce the industry's best Easy-open-Ends and food cans. Our facility will also be Eco-Friendly with zero emissions of any kind and zero chemical waste. Also, the factory has very minimal water needs to sustain our operations.
Our plant is a great Make-In-India initiative. The unit will make India completely self-sufficient and substantially reduce our dependency on other countries. As both our products are currently imported.
The advantage of using Stolle Technology is that their machines work at high speeds with high reliability and lower rejection ratios (2:1000). This reduces the production cost considerably. Moreover, their technology makes it possible to make differently shaped cans, which is a very unique approach. Using this technique we will be able to give very distinctive packaging designs for each of the products that we pack.
